The service people know nothing about service. Our T.V. was broken and no one fixed the problem. Staff was not accomodating to our needs (ironing board, drinking glasses). The room was not clean nor did it get cleaned every day. Hotels are to be a relaxation away from stress, however, The York only added to the stress. Rate: Horrible and Disappointed

The York Hotel located at 940 Sutter Street provides some great amenities
Hairdryer,In Room Safe,Voicemail, in rooms. You can also be sure to have great services provides in and around the property such as
Pets Allowed,Free Breakfast,.
